The food handler regulations

For whom:
For employees involved in handling of unwrapped food

What needs to be done:
A medical assessment by questionnaire to ensure that food will not be contaminated due to medical problems of the food handlers
There can be further stool sampling for infectious disease examined depending on the level of security required

Before starting food handling duties and in regular intervals thereafter

Who is responsible that the medical is carried out:
