Legislation:
Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005

For whom:
For employees exposed to noise of 80dB and more

What needs to be done:
A questionnaire and an audio; further consultation with an Occupational Health Physician if problems are highlighted

When:
Before starting the work and every 3 years at least

Who is responsible that the medical is carried out:
The employer

Who does carry out the medical:
Business and Health Consultancy's Occupational health professionals

Who pays for the medical:
The employer
