The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005

For whom:
For employees exposed to 2.5 m/s vibration for 8 hours per day or equivalent

What needs to be done:
A questionnaire - If problems arise the employee needs to be seen by a medical specialist

When:
Before start and then every year

Who is responsible that the medical is carried out:
The employer

Who does carry out the medical:
The questionnaire can be conducted by the manager - If problems arise the employee needs to be seen by a medical specialist

Who pays for the medical:
The employer
